❤ No Love is Greater ❤

Today, we look at love as a "super cute" couple on Instagram that is totally #Goals or a photo shoot of a couple on Pinterest, that's gotta be what what love looks like, right? With all of the technology around us, it is easy to get caught up and forget about what love really looks like. We search far and wide for love even though the love of our lives is always with us.

Jesus.

Oh how he loves you and I! He loves us so much that He paid the price for our sin for eternity..Over 2000 years ago.. Mind blowing, right? If you're like me and get caught up in what others think of you and feel like no one has ever (or will ever) fully love you, it is hard to believe someone would do something this huge for you. It can be hard for us to believe that we deserve that kind of love. The best part of it is, we don't deserve it at all. But yet, He freely gave us that gift of love and we should forever praise His Name! We will never fully comprehend this great love for us until the day we see Jesus face to face! What a day of rejoicing that will be! To finally be able to say "Thank You" in person to the One who saved our souls. Knowing Jesus though, He'll probably say, "For you, anything!" He loved us then and He loves us still. I pray that His love for us on the cross can infect our daily life. I pray to be thinking about that rugged cross and what He did for me, daily. I pray that we live out each day being as passionate about Christ as He is for us! He loves me and brothers and sisters he loves all of you too! I pray that you can embrace God's love today!

Next week I challenge you to put a cross on something you will see often! Maybe draw it on a post it note and put it on your bathroom mirror. Maybe use a pen to mark it on your hand. You can even make it a background on your phone or computer. Anywhere works, just find a way to remember Him and the sacrifice He made for you this week!

"Oh that rugged cross, my salvation.
Where Your love poured out over me. Now my soul cries out Hallelujah, Praise and honor unto Thee."
